Vintage Fisher Price take-apart race car from mid-1980s. Ages 3-6. Pull-back-and-release, so needs no batteries. The spoiler is also a wrench to tighten and loosen bolts; your little can take the whole thing apart and put it back together. Light scuffing, but everything still works.
