The mattress is clean, comfortable and supportive, with no stains or noticeable odours. There is one very minor tear/worn area, shown clearly in the photos, but it does not affect the comfort or use of the mattress. Approximate dimensions: • 54.5 inches wide • 72.5 inches long • 7.5 inches thick This is closest to a standard double/full-size mattress. The Sealy BackSaver series has since been discontinued, but the mattress still feels great and has plenty of use left in it.
