“Evening Stroll”, 12 x16, oil on canvas, by local artist (seller). Framed to 20x24 in a 4.5 inch black frame with a metallic accent, complete with a soft white linen liner and white fillet. (Note: There's a small flaw on the frame, as pictured , which has been repaired as shown in the photos but is hardly noticeable. The frame, however, is optional. The price of the piece is for the painting itself.)
