Elgato HD60S HDMI Capture

Used and working Elgato HD60 S capture module. Connects over USB 3.0. Supports full HDMI passthrough so you can capture while a source is connected to another monitor or TV. Captures at up to 1080p at 60 fps. Comes with a short USB C to A cable, but no box or documentation.
