(NWOT) Forever 21 Collared, Plaid Mini Dress

This dress is in excellent condition as it has never been worn before. I’m willing to negotiate on the price! This item is made from 65% polyester, 34 rayon and 1% spandex. The dimensions are approximately: 19.4” chest, 14.6” shoulder to shoulder, 7.5” sleeve, 30.6” length and 20” hem (inches). I’m selling this because it has never been worn before and now it’s no longer my size.
