70% ultrafine merino and 30% cashmere yarn 🧶 | 667g
$71
This one is genuinely super soft and extremely comfortable against bare skin, making it especially suitable for sweaters, cardigans, and tops you want to wear directly next to the skin. The softness comes from the combination of ultrafine merino and a generous 30% cashmere content. The yarn is also labelled Basolan, a wool treatment used to reduce felting and improve softness and handling.
Weight: 667g
The colour is a soft buttery pale yellow, somewhere between primrose, vanilla yellow, and light pastel gold.
I have personally swatched this yarn using just one strand on 3.75 mm needles, and achieved approximately 23 stitches × 27 rows per 10 cm / 4 inches. It creates a beautifully lightweight, soft fabric with excellent drape.

Suitable for fine sweaters, cardigans, lightweight pullovers, scarves, and other luxury knitwear where the softness and luxurious fibre can really speak for themselves. It is one of those yarns that feels much more special once you actually touch it.
Honestly, an almost unthinkable price in today’s inflated yarn market! With quality natural fibres getting so expensive, it’s rare to find a luxurious 30% cashmere and 70% ultrafine merino yarn at this price. 🧶
