John Collette Watercolor Etching 6/200 "Shrimp Boat"

Gorgeous vintage art by American impressionist artist John Collette. This is print 6/200. This is an etching that was colored with watercolors by the artist. The art is titled "Shrimp Boat" and depicts a boat out at sea in early dawn colors with gulls circling the masts. Very beautiful high quality art, and the frame is excellent as well. It was framed by Artist Touch Galleries in Houston Texas. Judging by the style I would estimate that the frame dates to the 90s, the print could be even older. John Collette passed away in 1997 and his wife Carol, who is also an artist, sells his remaining art on her website alongside her own. There is currently one left of this same print on her website at the price of $800 usd. Excellent condition, there's just a couple of scratches on the frame. The dimensions of the actual art are 11 3/4" by 17.5", and the dimensions of the frame are 28" by 22 1/8".
