Antique Heart B-grade translucent jadeite pendant set in gold

This is a lovely vintage heart-shaped jade pendant set in 14/18k gold (can't read as the font is too small). The gold was appraised by Canada Gold Surrey. I kept this pendant for 10 years due to its sentimental value. It has never been worn, as it is not my style. This was a gift from a relative. After holding onto it for a decade, I have decided to sell it to someone who'd appreciate it. Selling for 170 (open to reasonable offers only - no low ball offers would be considered/responded to).
