Natural Fire Agate Collector Specimen — Approx. 255 g
Offered for sale is a large, highly unusual natural fire agate specimen weighing approximately 255 g.
This is an impressive three-dimensional piece featuring extensive botryoidal formations with numerous rounded agate structures throughout the specimen. The polished surfaces reveal beautiful layers of orange, copper, gold, amber and reddish fire, with flashes appearing from different areas as the specimen is moved under light.
What makes this piece particularly interesting is its sculptural natural formation. Rather than being a conventional flat cabochon, it retains a substantial three-dimensional structure, with multiple botryoidal formations and natural matrix surrounding the polished areas. Several sections display concentrated pockets of colourful internal fire, giving the specimen considerable depth and visual character.
The specimen has been selectively polished to expose the internal agate and fire while retaining much of its original natural form. It is suitable as a collector’s specimen, display piece, lapidary reference specimen, or an addition to a serious fire-agate collection.
