Private room near TMU/UofT

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a third person to join our lease starting Sept 1. Ideal for young professionals and students. The room is a spacious private room, with south facing windows that get a lot of light. It fits a queen bed and a 43’X25’ large desk with two monitors. It has a clean shared bathroom with 1 other person. The unit does not have extra utilities cost (only $13 wifi per person per month). Comes with in unit laundry, dishwasher, airfryer. As for the roommates - we are two friendly female working professionals. We are quiet, respectful and prioritize open communication. DM for viewing!
