Taylor Electronic Digital Scale (defective)

This Taylor electronic digital scale has a glass platform. It displays weight in pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), and stone (st). It's powered by two CR 2032 batteries. It doesn’t work despite new batteries. Works only when initially inserted but then as it is placed on the floor and stepped on it won’t work. Someone handy can find a way to look at the wiring to get it to work possibly. Pickup at the St Lawrence market downtown Toronto. Cash only.
