Epiphone 12-String Acoustic Guitar

Selling a classic 90's Epiphone 12-string acoustic guitar, model DR-212S NA. It has a sunburst style blonde wood finish and is a really nice instrument. Everything is well-made and intact, ready for many more years of playing. I'm asking $300 OBO. I'll re-string the 1st and 2nd strings and include a set of extra strings, a tuner, and a capo. Feel free to come and try it out. Please note that 12-string guitars take time to tune properly, so please allow extra time for this when you come. Similar guitars sell for $250-$400, so this is a competitive price. It's ready for a new home!
