VINTAGE Kodak Tourist Camera w/ MULTI-FORMAT ADAPTER BACK
$75
Vintage Kodak Tourist Folding Camera with Rare Multi-Format Adapter Back & Masks. Up for sale is a beautiful vintage Kodak Tourist 620 folding camera produced between 1948 and 1951. This is the highly desirable, upgraded variant featuring a sharp four-element Kodak Anaston 105mm f/4.5 lens and the Flash Kodamatic Shutter. In addition to the premium lens upgrade, this specific unit includes the rare, factory-upgraded Kodak Tourist Adapter Back and its matching internal frame-reducing components, making it a fantastic find for collectors and modern experimental film shooters. Mechanical & Cosmetic Condition Report: Shutter: TESTED & WORKING. The shutter cocks smoothly and fires crisp and clear across all various speed settings. Bellows: Fully inspected in a dark room with a high-intensity light source—completely light-tight with NO light leaks, holes, or brittle spots. Aperture: The aperture blades are clean, completely free of sticky oil, and adjust smoothly from f/4.5 down to f/32. Body & Cosmetics: The rugged die-cast aluminum body and gray molded top plate are structurally excellent. Shows light, authentic cosmetic edge wear from age, giving it a beautiful vintage character. Optics: The Kodak Anaston lens element is clean and clear for its age, free of heavy dust or major flaws. Bonus Multi-Format Components Included: This camera features the specialized Kodak Tourist Adapter Back door (noted by the yellow instruction label inside and the large, rotating circular frame-counting dial on the rear). Included Accessories: Removable black metal frame-reducing mask insert. Matching silver 828 viewfinder clip. Note: This camera originally shoots standard 620 roll film, but with the included adapter back components, it can be configured to mask down and shoot smaller vintage paper-backed formats like 828, or easily modified by modern photographers to shoot custom roll sizes.
