Military Grade Waterproof & Windproof Russian Army Suit (Jacket

This is the 6th layer of the VKPO all-season clothing system, standard issue to the modern Russian military. This layer is waterproof and windproof, designed for heavy rain or snow. It functions as a shell layer where preventing water entry is key. Please note, as it's waterproof rather than water-resistant, it's not highly breathable. Zippers are covered with a membrane flap for added water resistance. The material is waterproof but does not create a seal around the entire body. It may not prevent water from entering at creases like the waistline, ankles, or sleeve ends. For activities like wading in rivers or staying submerged, a one-piece wetsuit is recommended. We suggest testing the suit by spraying it with a hose; a dry piece of clothing underneath should remain dry. This set includes a jacket and pants. Instead, the zippers in place of pockets allow access to the pockets of your under layers. This makes it easy to put on or take off this layer without moving items between clothing.
