Bought on Amazon and used for about a year, but it works with no issues at all.
It doesn't have built-in speakers, so if you'd like, I can offer the monitor and a mini speaker (LOGiiX) as a set for $65. If you only want the monitor, it's $50.
Both the HDMI cable and power cable are included.
The monitor will be packed in its original box.
Since I'm preparing to move back home, I'd really appreciate it if we could complete the transaction by the 29th.
