Vintage gilded, crystal and glass candle holder - lamp base

This elegant piece is a chalkware or plaster figurine of an old fashioned girl on a pedestal that has all been painted gold topped with a scalloped, thumbprinted crystal bowl with a dozen crystal hanging off of it. Turn it back into a lamp (?) or it would make a great candle holder or just is as an interesting decor piece. There is no damage to the bowl, crystals are all attached but there is damage to one of the toys the girl is holding - not sure what it was supposed to be but it kind of looks like a gingerbread man that has had the head and arm bitten off now :) The crystals are removable and the bowl looks like it is attached with a bolt so this could also be taken apart if you wanted to make something entirely different with it.
