With a creamy, gritty texture, the mask works via three different exfoliating mechanisms. The glycolic acid, lactic acid, and pomegranate enzyme help chemically remove dead skin cells while the pomegranate seed powder provides a gentle mechanical exfoliation. Additionally, kaolin clay and white willow extract rich in salicylic acid (a BHA) absorb excess sebum and refine enlarged pores. Lastly, the mask is also formulated with jojoba oil, rice bran oil, witch hazel, and radish root ferment to further nourish and refine the skin.
