75$ PS Vita with Charger and 3 Games (Read Ad)

Selling a PS Vita with charger and 3 games. I charged it and a green screen comes on. I don't know how to make it work, so to me, the machine is not functional. For $75, you get everything in the picture: PS Vita (for parts), charger cable, PS Vita case, and 3 games. I'm located in Etobicoke near Rexdale & 401. Better pictures are available.
