High quality office chair w arms and wheels

Really great used office chair with adjustable arms (not shown, but come with all the hardware). Hundreds of dollars new. Adjustable everything. Selling because I bought a Pipersong chair because of back issues. Note there was some kind of foam on the mesh back that has desitigrated. Couldn't get my current vacuum in there to suck it all up. Does not affect comfort or ergonomics or breathable mesh back.
