RENPHO Neck & Back Massager with Heat for Chair,

I couldn't get the waist section to work, so I haven't used the product; the other parts work fine. It's a RENPHO massage chair pad with an adjustable neck pillow for targeting upper and lower back muscles. It features soothing heat and vibrations. It's approximately 75cm x 40cm (29.5" x 15.7").
