the cutest vintage 90s velvet LBD by Expression. in a super chic skater cut with a mock neck this little black dress is such a vintage staple piece, or it would fit right in with a modern wardrobe! label size 6, pit to pit flat is 16.5in, waist unmeasured as its pretty square until the skirt flares, let me know if you need it! length is 32.5in dress has some stretch but would be best on a true to size item is in good used vintage condition with no flaws or stains that I could notice
