The sectional was bought in July 2023. It is a left facing sectional sofa with detachable units. 3 seater sofa and the carpet were bought in February 2023. The sofa is water resistant, made of faux leather with high density foam cushions. All are in mint condition, no wear and tear and from smoke and pet free. Originally bought at $1806 and $1500 respectively. (has original receipts) Asking $950 and $ 700 respectively if bought separately. And $1500 if bought together. sofa:w 80.3", h 33.4" & d 33.4".
