Small Vintage Holland Vise

This vise has jaws that are 3-1/4 inches wide, yet looks like the larger Hollands vise. Based on body design, it was made between 1917 and 1940s. It opens 4-1/8 inches and weighs 23 lbs. Made in Erie PA, USA by Hollands Mfg Co. The original japanning finish (paint) still covered most of the vise so I just cleaned it up, painted the bottom side with flat black (japanning was all gone) and then covered the whole vise in boiled linseed oil (2x) which makes the flat black paint look like their japanning finish. Turns smoothly, nothing broken or cracked, still nice and tight. Torn completely apart, properly greased. Condition: Used - Good. For Sale By: Owner
