Red Patio Outdoor Umbrella and stand (fabric needs replacement)

This red outdoor umbrella has seen better days. The fabric needs replacement though and the lever is cut. This umbrella and stand would be great for someone who loves DIY stuff. Brand new for this is around $800 to $1K Plus taxes, selling this for 15 as it still works ok, as this needs some love and care. Patio weights are NOT included. The umbrella system is in fair working condition except for the fabric and a cut off handle. Pick up only. Need a pick up or trailer for this item. Visible rusts in metal.
