Roommate hunt / search

Hi, my name is Ali I am a 27 year old female . I am renting out a two bedroom apartment downtown and I’m looking for a roommate to rent the other room. I live an active and balanced healthy lifestyle. I like somebody quiet, to themselves, introverted as I am also introverted I don’t wanna stop and yap every time we pass each other in the apartment. I’m really OK with a simple head not and going back to what we were doing on our own. I have two beautiful cats, male, love attention, sweet boys Rent will be 1100+50% of electricity(around $40-$80 to split) water and Wi-Fi are included. I need somebody so clean when it comes to shared spaces. Ideally between 21-35. I don’t care what your room looks like. Just don’t have anything crawling out from under the door and ensure that our shared space is clean as I have a significant other that I have over. I don’t mind guests here and there, but I won’t be having many myself. I’m not opposed to a good little party night but this is not a party home. I don’t want to see paraphernalia all around the home, drinking to a minimum, marijuana is OK. I’m quite open minded as a whole, but I need somebody who is thoughtful and respectful to live with so that compromise comes easy.
