Mixed Lot of LED Light Bulbs smart not 100% working.

a mixed lot of LED light bulbs wifi. They've been marked with writing labong whats wrong. there free and not working or I can't get then to work. some colours on them dont work and some drip out of sync . some the white don't work with out flickering. flickers but the colours work
