Her work is historically significant; she was a prominent member of the Naturhistorische Gesellschaft Nürnberg (Nuremberg Natural History Society), where her botanical and mycological illustrations are archived. Unlike the common vintage prints found today, these are her original hand-painted works, showcasing the scientific accuracy and soft aesthetic that made her a leader in her field.
