Pop-up Camper Trailer

This pop-up camper trailer is ready for your next adventure! It features a compact design with sleeping areas, a dinette, and a kitchenette. Plenty of space for a family camping.It’s a 1990’s Coleman fleetwood Americana sequoia. Love this thing, it is so cozy and has amazing potential BUT what’s in there now is in great shape and was well maintained. It has no smell, no mold and does not leak anywhere. Comes with a few camping items like a propane heater, etc(if you want) this tent trailer also includes the stove on the outside(see photos) It has one area by the front door where the zipper came unstitched from the canvas super easy to repair but it never gave us troubles so I didn’t bother(see photos).—reflected in the price The water tank on the bottom has a small cracked (easy fix) but all pipes are intact. —-reflected in the price. We just always brought our own water in a jug anyways. There is a king bed on one side and double on the other. The table also turns into a bed. Tons of storage for all your camping stuff and extras! The king bed slide sometimes gets weird, it was like this when we got it. We did a quick fix by adding one tap screws into the side to secure it just in case. We were going to replace the slide but we ended up getting a trailer so we didn’t fix this——reflected in the price It’s super light, you can pull it with a car. All the electrical components work, you can hook it up to a generator or if the place you are staying has electricity. There is also a place inside to hook up a battery! We are asking $2,500 OBO hoping to have this to a home sooner than later! Located in Okotoks
