The base comes with all necessary components for safe use. Includes Instruction Manual and adapters to install on strollers. (I had a Maxi Cosi Zelia, and the other adapter I don’t know which brand can be used with) Manufactured in November 2022, expiration is 9 years so valid until November 2031.
