Dreame L10s Pro Ultra robot vacuum and mop with multifunction auto-cleaning / auto-empty dock. Purchased about one year ago. The unit developed an issue and was sent directly back to Dreame for service/repair. It has since been returned by Dreame and has remained packed in the shipping/service packaging they sent it back in. Please note: Dreame returned it in a different shipping box rather than the original retail packaging, so the original box is not included. I have not reopened the returned unit since receiving it, so I have not independently inspected every consumable component after service. Proof of Dreame service/repair can be provided.
