Room for Rent

Looking for a roommate, must be working and or going to school and willing to provide a criminal background check. No smoking, no drugs, no visitors. I’m a single working parent. There is already pets in the home so please no pets, hydro and wifi included as well as a double loft bed. Laundry is also included, we can talk about splitting groceries or you can get your own. I’ve not had roommates before and I’m looking for someone who will be quiet and respectful and clean and will pay their share of the rent on time every month. There is parking if needed and we are close to transit and shops and everything you’d need. I do have children and therefore a criminal background check will be required. Rent will be $1000 per month hydro and wifi included as well as parking and laundry. Must be okay with dogs and cats as there is already pets in the home. I work full time and kids are in school and summer camp. I’m a very clean and quiet person and don’t have guests come to my home and woukd ask the same, my children are priority.
