Giant Lot of Lego Sets & Manuals (Ninjago, Marvel, Star Wars)

Gigantic lot of Lego sets from a variety of themes such as Ninjago, Marvel, Star Wars, Batman DC, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Technic, City, etc. A lot of minifigures are in there, no idea exactly how many. I tried to place complete sets on the top and in a separate box but there are also multiple broken down sets in the boxes. Everything comes as is, pieces may be damaged, dirty, etc. Over 40+ manuals.
