2 High End Arms Chairs & 78” Sofa

Will sell chairs separately for $150 (paid $1000ea) AVAILABLE NOW. No delivery. The sofa is negotiable - would prefer to sell in 8 wks but $150 if you want all 3 pcs now. This set is about 10 yrs old but solidly by Southern Furniture Co in N.C in U.S. which is the American furniture capital. The sofa is considered ‘condo sized' but seats 3 people. For re-upholstery quotes: 2 CHAIRS 41"L x 35”W x 28” H (w/o legs) SOFA 78"L x 35”W x 28” H (w/o legs) With legs 36” high MORE INFO: - all 3 pcs well padded with ‘Tight Back’ bronze nailheads - arms are English roll with welted vertical fronts - T- cushions with welting top and bottom edges all around - all cushions covers are removable with functional zippers and can be dry cleaned. - the sofa two coushions need new foam padding - have a clasp that keep them together in centre. - cushions NEVER slip out like new stuff - this fabric is 100% Polyester high end linen fish in Oatmeal colour. Has never pilled! - the solid bases are dark stained and have a few nicks but not noticeable
