Antique Goodell-Pratt Metalworking ToolSolid Steel Centre / Prick Punch vintage machinist steampunk Great old barn-find Goodell-Pratt metalworking tool made in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Solid steel centre / prick punch with heavily knurled grip and sharp fixed point. Used by machinists and metalworkers for accurately marking metal before drilling or other layout work. Approximately 4.5" long. Clearly marked: GOODell-PRATT TOOLSMITHS GREENFIELD, MASS. Wonderful original vintage condition with honest wear and great old-tool patina. Includes the original screw-on end cap/lid and an old wooden spool wound with heavy twine/cord, found alongside it.
