HP Envy 5540 All-in-One Printer - Unable to print

This item is a HP Envy 5540 all-in-one printer. It features print, scan, and copy functions. New printer, never used. However, it doesn’t print. If someone wants to fix it, I am giving it for $10. Also have the cable.
