Wanted: Private room to rent in New Sudbury

Thanks for stopping by my ad. Preferred Move in date: January 1st or February 1st, 2027 is preferred. I need to give 60 days notice as per my lease. I am looking for an unfurnished bedroom, preferably above ground, unless it has a lot of natural light. My preferred location is in New Sudbury, area code P3A. My maximum budget is $825, including utilities, WiFi and laundry. I don’t have a car. I use public transportation & need to be close to some. I’m quiet, very clean, helpful, friendly, kind, respectful and mind my own business. I have a steady reliable income and can provide proof. I'm very good at housework and like keeping a place clean & tidy. I own a new cordless HEPA filter vacuum too. I have a crock pot, blender, toaster oven/air fryer, some dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. I do like to cook but never seafood. I need a room that will house a queen size bed, a tall dresser, a small bedside table. It must have a closet. I adore gardening and would be happy to create, maintain and/or enhance what currently exists. I do weeding too! The picture in the ad is my handiwork. All flowers from seeds I've collected. I’m currently living in southern Ontario, 5 hours south, but am looking to move to Sudbury to be closer to my family. I am a female in the 55+ category. I'll live with any age, race or gender.
