Navy Blue Swim Dress - Size 2XL

This is a navy blue swim dress. It's made of 82% polyester and 18% spandex. The dress features ruching at the waist and a halter neck. It is extremely flattering on, it's just not my size anymore. Please note, as in pic, small pull in inside fabric/ liner of bathing suit.
