Magic Chef Portable Washing Machine (Needs Repair!)

FREE but NEEDS TO BE FIXED! This is a portable washing machine that I cannot get to work. The motor has been replaced and I have tried to fix it twice but there is an issue with the drainage. Can definitely be fixed by the right person! Preferably pick up or I can drop off for a fee (depending on distance).
