Striped light blue skirt - Size XS

High waisted, striped light blue skirt. Bought in Japan, and would fit a size XS. Has a “high-low” hem, where both right and left hem are slightly longer than the front and back hem. Has a clasp and zipper closure on the side (third photo). There is an inner lining (fourth photo). Selling for $20 to clear out closet space. Local pick up near Union Station. No delivery available.
