Kitchen and laundry will be shared. This house has pure drinking water system, water softener system, air conditioning, and dechlorinator system. We have gym and entertainment area in basement which includes 150 inch screen and projector, table tennis etc. Nice backyard with deck, barbeque and storage shed available for use.
