Ninebot Electric Scooter (READ DESCRIPTION)

This is a Ninebot electric scooter. Everything on the scooter works besides the motor if you can get a new motor and new tires, you have a new scooter because both tires are also popped but it’s mainly used for parts. If you don’t wanna get a new motor and tires let me know. I’m willing to negotiate a bit. I also replace the brakes so those are brand new.
