IPL Hair Removal Device

Handheld IPL hair removal system. Includes protective eyewear and user manual. It works on dark hair and brown/white skin. I have seen good results - sparse hair where it used to be dense and clear areas where it used to be sparse. Selling because moving away and I can't take a lot of stuff.
