3 Beds 3 Baths - Townhouse

Townhouse for sublet near Parliament and Dundas. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, one ensuite, one family and lower level powder room. Large master bedroom to smaller rooms approx 9x9. Worked really well with smaller kids but I've also had roommates stay for years. Large kitchen dining living area with walkout to large terrace. House is empty and available, I've shown it furnished for scale, master bedroom easily accommodates a King bed. Walking to Eaton Centre, Cabbagetown, Riverside and Riverdale Park. All utilities extra. $3400 monthly 6 month minimum but prefer longer term.
