Vintage Sony Watchman FDL-PT22 Handheld Color TV - Sealed NOS

Vintage 1998 Sony Watchman handheld color TV, still in its original, unopened package. The rear of the box shows some damage from storage over the years, but the item itself remains sealed. I'm not sure if it can still pick up TV signals as I don't fully understand how it works. Available for pickup or viewing in downtown Chilliwack near Frescho.
