This 3/4-inch lead-free valve set is designed to simplify the installation, maintenance, and operation of tankless water heaters by replacing up to 18 fittings and 16 connections. Installation Highlights Preparation: Apply Teflon tape or thread sealant to the tankless unit's male threads. Mounting: Thread the union tailpieces onto the hot and cold inlets/outlets. Hand-tighten first, then secure with a wrench. Pressure Relief: If included, install the relief valve into the side port of the hot water valve, ensuring the discharge points downward for proper drainage.
