Black Couch For Sale $150

Pick-up from Yaletown. Long, black, comfortable couch with metal legs. Great condition. Only one slight small tear on the top right corner. Selling because our condo is a bit too small and we are replacing it with a smaller love seat. Dimensions: 77 inches long 35 inches high Seat area 24 inches from front to back Please note: due to the layout of our condo, this couch will have to have a few legs removed and be partially deconstructed to move it out of the apartment. When my husband and I moved in, we had to unscrew two of the legs to get it in, and our movers had to put the couch back together. I strongly suggest either bringing movers or someone who knows how to do this. I’ve attached a photo of the screw that will require a wrench to remove. Disclaimer: if any damage is done to the walls when removing the couch, we require an extra $100 to cover the damage.
