Crescent Chair with headrest in black, purchased from SOURCE Office Furniture about a year ago. Chair has mesh backrest and a plush and soft seat. This chair also comes with adjustable armrests and includes the optional mesh headrest for added comfort. The height, tilt angle, and tilt tension are all adjustable as well.
