12ft Artificial Christmas Tree

This is a pre-lit artificial Christmas tree. It’s in very good condition. We’ve had it for a few years and kept it up the whole time, but we are doing renovations and it’s time to let it go. It's 12 feet tall and comes with pre-lit lights, though some stopped working so we added some LED lights. It’s a beautiful tree, perfect for holiday decorating!
