PowerSmart 170cc Gas Lawn Mower

Selling a PowerSmart lawn mower with a 170cc gasoline engine. It has a grass catcher bag. Bought last year when I went to to go use it , there was alit of smoke. Not sure why issue possibly a tune up . unfortunately I don't have the skills to fix. gone to Electric Sold as is.
