New Connected Petite Black Velvet Dress-S(petite)

New Connected Petite black velvet dress with brooch detailing and tag. 90% polyester and 10% spandex blend. Waist measures approximately 33 cm (13 inches) flat. Although the size indicates 8p, it looks more like a size 2 to size 4 with a 13” waist width. This is why I label it as small petite. The material is stretchy. Length from shoulder to waist is about 14” an from shoulder to bottom is about 38”. Pickup at Ajax Durham Centre.
